Community Wellness & Resource Hub was established to address the need for accessible healthcare and meaningful support services throughout Monroe and Northeast Louisiana.

We recognize that many individuals and families face barriers to care, including transportation challenges, financial hardship, limited access to providers, and difficulty navigating available resources. Our goal is to help remove those barriers and connect people with the care and support they need.

Today, we provide primary care, preventive health services, laboratory testing, occupational health services, wellness programs, and community resource navigation while continuing to expand services that strengthen the health of our community.
