At Community Wellness Hub, we understand that plans may change. Refunds are available on a case-by-case basis and only for services not rendered.

To request a refund, please email us at info@communitywellnesshub.org.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the originally scheduled service.

Each request will be reviewed individually.

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
